Buy-Rite Homes Rick Cavanaugh ripoff liar dishonest false promises

We bought a manufactured home from buy-rite in november we were suppose to occupy in february they didn't have it done until May. Buy-Rite was our contractor, the house was suppose to be turn-key. When they transported our home they bent the frame and cracked the hardi-board on the outside and cracked the adobe on the inside.

They weren't going to say anything. Before this they removed several trees without our permission. We had to pay extra fees for our loan because they went over the deadline. We almost lost our loan lock due to his business. When we did move in, we had no water at all due to his negligence on pumping our well before we moved in.

When they took out the trees, we had a meeting and he agreed to replace the trees, this was never done. They also bent our gate to our property when they ripped it out without our permission to bring the home in. They were suppose to fix this, it was never done. The list goes on and on. I have reported him to the BBB and Attorney General but he of course, denies everything.
