Failure to cancel membership ripoff

I repeatedly requested my membership to be cancelled, each time I was informed it was. However, I continued to be billed for the service. My first request was February. I have finally been successful. It is now May. After demanding a refund back to February I have been assured a deposit will be posted to my account within 10 days. I await this deposit now.
