On May 3, I found an ad on Craigslisy that mentioned the following heading: $1095 / 3br - Spectacular house, all free utilities. (Here's the URL to it: http://sanantonio. Craigslist.org/apa/323826545.html)
Upon reading the ad, it mentions several homes in which you're able to just simply take over the mortgage payments without having good credit or a credit check, & no money down—and to just call 805-690-1263 ext.#555.

Well, the ext.#555 didn't work but after listening to the automated system, you're given a chance to hold for an available operator/representative who explains the entire program—stating that all you have to pay is $149 which will grant you a username & password to the homesrelief.com website, by which you can search for homes in your area in which you can choose to take over payments without going thru the usual "red tape" of being denied/approved for a loan/mortgage. The rep. Explains that you're guaranteed to be placed in a home in as little as 3 dys and no more than 90 days—or your money is refunded.

Well, being the skeptic that I am—I always check usacomplaints.com for anything that sounds too good to be true.

I also came across a forum of some sorts in what appears to be a desperate attempt by an Owner/Representative of HomesRelief.com to "hire"/contract any available web designer to "fabricate" some testimonials to be used on the HomesRelief.com site. You gotta see this for yourself. I don't know how long that URL will stay active before its discovered by a rep. Of homesrelief.com that their search for fabricated testimonials has been placed on the public internet. I'll post the transcipts on another follow-up, so do a search for my name or homesrelief to see more.
