Would not give me a mailing address for returning product after charging extra $38 for it

I ordered a skin care product kit from Selleca Solutions on 4/6/07 which was shipped for a 9.95 fee with a guarantee of not being charged $89 s&h if returned within 30 days. I returned product kit within 2 weeks because I still had breakouts from using their product, and just today (5/1/07) I received my cc bill stating a $38 charge.

When I called customer service, they stated that was the charge for a missing item of. 5 oz eye cream. I sent everything back including "free" bonuses and was told they could not give me the return address for the item if I found it because it exceeded their cut-off date even though I can't use their products. Is it legal for a company to refuse to give their return-mail address for product returns?

I feel robbed and I'm angry because I spent 14$ returning by FedEx, and when I called Customer Service prior to returning kit, they said they'd call me back as soon as their "computers were back up". That was on a Thursday. I did NOT get a return call until the following TUESDAY! I still made the date with 2 weeks to spare. How can they get by with this?
