Unreliable doesn't keep promises to fix lazy lies

A year ago my cable wire laid over my neighbors drive way for a month they had to drive over it. Then he decides to mow, didn't notice it, & ran over it cutting it into. I called reported it & went with out cable for one month.
The repair people show to fix this & say they don't have enough cable to put it back on the pole. I said ok but your gonna be back soon to fix this because my landlord mows the other half on my yard with a tractor. They said yes, so about eight months later my mom on her mower (blade up), & it gets stuck on something rips it straight out of the box! We waited a week & fixed it ourselves.
One month ago they send this disconnect bill after I had already told them I will not pay one cent til this is fixed. I get another one, called they promised, came with out equipment again, & I have let them know that I will not send NO money unless I get what I should as a customer. I do NOt care if I get disconnected!!!
