Ripoff warning alliance one makes settlement deals and calls them off when you already started making payments trying to get all their money

A rep by the name of Nicole Jackson has constantly been rude to my wife. She makes deals for settlement and promises settlement letters which we never recieve. She then took a 200 dollar payment convincing my wife she could make 200 dollar payments and pay it off at a lower amount then turned around after payment recieved and said the deal was off for no reason. She has been overly rude and just downright nasty. I am in the same business as a customer service rep/collector and I know how to treat customers. I called up and told her being unproffesional should not have been apart of her training. On top of this her supervisor called me and spoke with me about a deal were my wife could pay it all off after the end of April for 1,100 or before the end of April for 1,000. This lady tried to tell my wife she didn't understand the deal. I have been doing this for 5 years now. I understood the deal apparently she didn't.

I am just tired of my wife being treated badly by Alliance One. Who do they hire out there some Convicts on work release?
