Charged my credit card for equipment they were suppost to have sent return boxes fo

Signed a 18 month contract in 05 had problems with the installer and had to have the business owner come up to fix the mess ups the installer created. This started a horrible relationship with the company. I won't go into all the problems I've had with them over the last 20 months needless to say after months of crappy service I was looking forward to ending my relationship with Dish Network. The end of 18 months rolled around and we canceled our service in Feb/07. Now the real fun with this company started. We were first told by a Dish Network Rep that we could return the DVRs to the local business we had signed though. Took the DVR's to them and no dice, They would not take them. We again called Dish Network who now told us they would send out boxes to return the DVRs to them, ok waiting month later still waiting. I again called them about the middle of april to find out what happened. I first asked if I wanted to reconnect my service. Still trying to figure that one out. After some discussion she claimed that we never called for boxes but that she would send them out now.

This time they gave us a RMA tracking number. I continued to tell her what I though of Dish Networks service and that hell would freeze over before I would ever sign up with them again. Today I was looking at my credit card statements and found out Dish network charded my card a $2 charge and a $62 charge creating a overlimit fee to be charged to my account. I called to raze holly hell on them only to be told that acording to the contract that I signed they had the right to charge for lost equipment on whatever card on file. I continued to tell them that I've been trying to get their equipment back to them for 2 months and that the contract expired in Feb. They told me that the 18 month contract was only for programing - well, that is where the wording is located that they can charge your credit card for any outstanding fees.
