Com Incensegalore incensegalore does not respond to emails nor calls about their questionable crappy products/service. No customer service or help on problems. Ripoff

I had to send several emails after they got my money just to see when my order was going to be shipped. Big surprise, they never "personally" emailed any response to any of my questions, just sent me a tracking number.

When the products arrived, they would not answer emails or calls regarding further questions about their services, products, or problems I was having with thier products.

They say they guarantee their customer service & say their hours for business office are 9-2 M-F but business hours are 24/7? If that be the case why can't anyone answer the phone or respond to emails?

Everything smells the same when burnt, like punks or burning wood... Rip Off.
