Broke our management agreement, management irregularities, withholding tenant documentation, charged for work that was never done

Owner Donald Dempsey of 3-D mgmt of Arizona began managing out properties in 05. With in a year we had lost over $7,000 dollars, due to their management irregularities. This was a direct result of Mr. Dempsey not following our written agreement. He has charged us for work that was never done. He continued to allow tenants to stay in our homes with out paying rent. He has failed to provide documentation that we have asked for in regards to his charges or bills to support him taking our money. He does not act in the owners best interest only his own. He charges tenants late fees, applies that to what is owed and still charges again for another late fee after that, with out providing reciepts or recording late fees on our statements. We have repoted him to the attorney general and are in the process of filing a complaint with the dept of real estate. He had his license suspended in July for prior management irregularities. We are also now pursuing legal action. Bottom line whether you get it in writing or not he will cheat you. Beware.
