Theft of comission, deceptive practices

Company nedds to be investigated, I signed up and was granted an affiliate membership and sold my first website to my son with the same name as me at the same address, they revoked my commission for the sale and stated I sold the site to myself which I did not. My son signed into his website and could not get verified by all of the companies prescribed methods. I think a good Atty. Could take this case on and shut the company down, who knows? If their records were subpeona'd they might gather enough investigative intellegence to file for class action lawsuit and make us all some honest cash.
