Ripoff dishonest fraudulent uncaring arrogant overcharge inefficent delay

Jet Movers Inc. Provided competitive estimate but overcharged for additional cu ft that doubled the price. Estimate was $1973 for 900 cu ft and additional 395 cu ft was $2485. Everything had to be at the curb to avoid additional charges. Waited until 11 pm to give second bill of landing for $2485 would not load until signed. Only offered. 60 per pound damage charge instead of replacement liability. Florida to Virginia Beach move with no delivery date 16 days from pick up. I have been sleeping on a air mattress for 14 days. Called Simon several times and he was very rude and states he is contractualy sound and states he can take up to 21 business days before delivering everything I own. I went to JetMoverssuck.com and have read several horror stories about this business. I am at the point that I may never see my personal belongings and receive. 60 cents a pound at whatever they weight my furniture at. I feel very uncomfortable with my dealings with this company. I still don't understand why it would take 21 business days to "hold" my belongings at a total of $4356! This is America - can't I do something?
