Rude salesman who harrass Ripoff

We have recieved harrassing phone calls from sales representatives 3 to 4 times a day. I have asked them 5 times to put us on their do not call list and have faxed the company a letter stating that we do not want to recieve phone calls or mall flyers from thier company anymore. However we still are recieving phone calls from very rude sales reps. I called the company again and their comment to me was that they have not controll over the phone calls because they hire outside of the company for telemarketing. I asked for the names of the telemarketing companies they hire and they couldn't tell. I was told that the next time they call to ask them their phone number that I can reach them at. When I do that they hang up and call again later.
