IntelliRisk Management Ripoff harrassing phone calls extremely rude representatives attack style telemarketing

This company has repeatedly contacted our Dental Office (a very busy practice) with an AUTOMATED message asking for a certain "Erica Hardy". There has NEVER been a patient or employee of this practice by that name.
We have asked that they remove all of our phone numbers from their listing on eight different occasions. We have explained to them that answering this call takes time away from our patients and disallows us to respond to EMERGENCY calls.
Whenever we contact their number listed, we are met with rude representatives who hang up on us, refuse to pass us on to their managers, tell us it is a "waste of their time" and that their supervisor "has better things to do". These calls disrupt the operation of our office by not only consuming vast amounts of time (you are automatically put on hold when you call) and getting the front office staff in a state where they are incapable of assisting patients after the calls, they need time to gather themselves and get blood pressure down!
The staff has informed this company of the plethora of complaints that are registered against them on the world wide web, to which they have received an indifferent response.
The latest claim from the company is that, when our numbers were put on their do-not-call list, they were not inputted "all the way through". They claim that their reps could no longer see our numbers listed but that the computer dialer could still access them. We highly doubt the truth of this statement and want these calls to be stopped entirely.
