Put a judgement on me because the clerks office had the wrong address and the notice to apear in court to defend myseld never got to me and I lost in defaul Ripoff

This company is all over and I can't say exactly how many companies they have but they are the same co. (different names). I was never sent the notice to appear in court because the notice was sent to another address. I lost by default. I called the clerk's office and the girl told me what address it was and I informeed her it was wrong. I was wanting to go to court. I couldn't understand why it was taking so long and that is when I called. The girl changed the address on the computer with the correct address and I received a notice to appear in court on another date for motion to compel. I was there early waiting with my daughter on the date that I was told to come and a lady came to where we were sitting and told us that the judge wasn't going to be there that day. It was hard to believe as it was on a Monday and not a Holiday. We left and the next thing I knew I received a letter from Mr Leach, the attorney saying I did not appear in court and he wanted a list of everything I had even my car. I am a widow living on a limited income of 760.00 a month. They knew this. I take care of my disabled son. A lady from Florida emailed me and they had put a very high lein on her house and never touched it. She is an elderly lady as I. 46 cases were thrown out and I don't know where they are now. I know that the letter that is written about them and had a rebuttal was true but they were threatened by Mr. Leach as He did me. He told me he was going to sue me if I did not take it off of another site. It did not scare me as it is still on. They had very bad reports from the better business bureau in Houston. They go by different names and I have a few. This is not necessarily a complete list: Midwest timberroof in Harahan, La, Mundelelein ill., Houston, tx. (now is midwest and used to be Timberoof.

I had legal aid helping me but they told them I deliberatley ignored the orders to go to court. I never got to present my case. The room my son sleeps in leaks so much that the ceiling is falling down. They did not admit to anything they did and I was afraid they used their own arbitrators and I was waiting to go to court and igored their threats concerning arbitration as they were denying everything. They were told not to go in my garage until I had a chance to remove radio control airplanes that were many and very beautiful. My son's dad had built a couple of them and they demolished them. Not only did the demolish them they knocked a hole in the ceiling and his radio controls were sitting on top of a big screen tv. Where the pan was broken by them and the water ruined them plus the television hasn't worked since. This has been 2 years ago since legal aid turned me down but I worry about it everyday. I worry about how many other people they do this to and are getting by with this. I just pray to the good Lord that someway I can get this taken off of me. My insurance co. Told me not to pay them and if it had been for them I would have paid them and would really be ill. Be aware of anyone calling you and telling you that they will drop your deductable and that you need to have your roof checked for hail damage. I had no hail damage. They made hail damage before the adjuster came. I finally wised up when it was too late. My son's room wasn't even leaking before they messed with it plus I have a bedroom that the air conditioning doesn't come through the vent as they never cleaned the attic and also left brush and etc. I just can't say enough about these people. Oh, one of their selling points is a picture they have with william Ferguson in the middle of former President Bush and Barbara. If anyone that sees this can help me get some more information on these people so I can try and get this judgement taken off I would truly appreciate it.
