I was googling "home values" and the Intellius site popped up. The offer was a complete description of the house, nearby sex offenders, current and past owners, etc.

I paid $14.95 for a report on my own residence. Well, the report came through promptly, only it was inaccurate. The number of bedrooms and baths, for example, was incorrect.

The catch is that the stie offers more information, such as a reports on current or past owners, liens, etc, which cost a lot more.

Knowing how inaccurate the report on my house was, I didn't invest nearly $50.00 to find out anything about myself.
