Charged creditcard but did not deliver product no contact except e-mail which they are not excepting Ripoff

This company states all orders would be shipped in 7-14 business days. If the order was not received I was to contact their customer service by e-mail. Then the e-mail states "temporarily not excepting" e-mails.
I placed this order October 28.
My creditcard was charged and I still have no merchandise. It is now the end of March. I have not been able to contact anyone at this company in any way.
