NME SCAM FRAUDULENT I called them to cancel my murdered brother's subscription and they never did. They continued to charge his credit card. Maryann was extremely rude, telling me that I never called & unsensitive, making disparaging comments. Ripoff

I called National Magazine Exchange several weeks ago to cancel my murdered brother's subscription. A young Black man answered and said ok, he would cancel it. Several weeks later, I receive a charge on my brother's credit card, so I called them again.

Maryann answered the phone and told me twice that I never called. She was extremely rude and asked me, "Are you concerned about his death or this?" She then asked me, "Do you need anything else?" I said no and she said, "I didn't think so."
