Ripoff unprofessional uncaring unfit dishonest

I took my dog to precious lives to have a bladder stone removed. He was mistreated by a temp vet, had his bladder destroyed by their regular vet, paid for several unecessary urinalysis, and was prescribed prescription food by a vet tech. Al this happened within 2 months time. My dog has been leaking urine for over a year after surgery, and has had nothing but problems since that surgery. He was a healthy 3 year old dog before I took him to precious lives. When I reported precious lives to the better business bureau, all they could talk about was my financial situation at the time. Even if you pay a discounted price it doesn't mean that you are asking for shoddy workmanship. Especially when it comes to your pet.
