Denzie Edie ripoff Falsely Misrepresented USIS DAC Regarding My Employment with their Company

I called Holland Enterprises in Mapleton ND for a trucking job. Recruiter (Ken) told me there were 35 new trucks available to drive. On the first day of orientation Ken and Denzie asked 4 of us that were new if we needed to go home after the orientation, and 3 said yes. Denzie said he would tell dispatch. Tues the next day we were asked again if anyone needed to go home after orientation. The answer was yes for 3 of us and Denzie again said he would tell dispatch.

Wednesday last day of orientation, Denzie tells all 4 of us that they have no new trucks to put us in. 3 of us get 2000's and one gets a 2002 truck. After that we were told to go and see dispatch. Dispatch asked if I needed to get home to Illinois and I told them yes. They stated they would get me home so I could get all the supplies I needed such as my clothes, tools and sleeping gear. I then got dispatched to MN and was then told by Denzie that Holland has forced dispatched. I then took the load to the consignee and was told to unhook and they would unload. Then I was told to bob-tail down to the truck stop for my 10 hr break. After my 10 hrs were up dispatch put a load on me to go to Los Angles, CA.

I did not acknowledge the load or accept it. I was without a trailer at the truck stop. I did not have a load.

In oreintation, Denzie made a statement to all 4 of the drivers that stated: "if anyone just quits on him he will f*k you on your DAC and he stated he had already done it to 7 other drivers and they cannot get a job now." (he was smiling about it and thought that was funny).
