Rip-off on phone bill

We keep getting charged $16.22 by ODYSSEY COMM SERVICES under OAN Services, Inc. This is supposedly for Odyssey Email monthly Service Fee. We managed to get the phone company to reverse the charge last month, but it's back again. We have AOL, so I don't know who these people are or why we keep getting billed. I've sent them a second E-mail.
