Charged Credit Card without delivering product On Line

I orderd a lift truck from this company. I placed the order late January and my credit card was billed on 2-1-07. I did not recieve the order for two weeks. I called the company and they said that they would look into it. I did not hear a response for two days. I then called them and left a voice mail and I also emailed them again no response. After no response from them I posted a stop payment on the order with the credit card company.
