Has not given refund back ripoff

Yes i purchased a car charger for my phone and the charger was taken back because they said they would give me a refund if the charger did not work

So i could not use the charger and took it back and they said they would have to send my refund in the mail. They also said if i had brought it back the next day i could have gotten my refund from the store.

They said that the money was not in the register and i know people purchase stuff from them.

So i have been waiting for 1month and 2days and have not received my refund yet.

I asked them to call me but they tell me the same old thing that they are gonna check with verizon to see what is going on.
