Phil Desfosses claims he can work hard to get you out of a DUI. This is the biggest crock of shit I have ever heard.

Don't be persuaded to call him by his stupid ads featuring boxing gloves. This guy is brusk, abrupt, and doesn't give you more than a few seconds of his time.

He never takes the time to explain anything to you. He simply waves the pink slip of paper (DUI administrative suspension) in your face and says, "THIS is what we need to get rid of."

Oh, and for a flat fee of $3,000 he can "almost guarantee" that he can get you off the 6 month administrative suspension - but not the DUI.

If this guy spends just 5 minutes with you in his first consultation, you can bet he spends no more than 15 minutes total studying your case.

What Phil (and a lot of other crooked DUI lawyers) will tell you is YOU CAN DO WHAT HE DOES - FOR YOURSELF - FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE - OR FOR THE COST OF A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

Save your $3,000. Please do not get suckered into paying him a visit in his white trailor (which is his office).

This guy is sleazy and dishonest.
