Ripoff are Liars Lots of promises no communication take your money and run

Billy Felts originally called me. He promised me that they had buyers waiting for my property and that it was worth far more than we had originally paid for it 2 years prior.

He called back religiously when he found out we were interested in selling for the price he would list it at. We finally agreed because we really needed the money and the profit was amazing.

Once contracts were signed and faxed back and forth we only talked to Mr. Felts if we called him. We always got some speech about having a potential buyer looking at the contracts at this very moment. Nothing ever happened... He left the company I was later told.

Then there was Eddie "aka Albert", Miss KC or Casey, Miss Moneak, and Miss Shamear. They all had similar stories but still the same run-around. A new story every time, like your file was misplaced when we moved to our new office. All of these folks have left the company I have been told. I wonder why?

Mr. Charles Davis, Owner of said Vacation Property Services, has never returned my phone calls. I have seen no add information and my Internet add wasn't put on-line until about 7 months after we signed on. It's not even the right information to this day for cry'n out loud. Where are all these people waiting to by my property Mr. Davis.

Needless to say there's a lot more to this story, but the bottom line is they got my hard earned American money and I got HOSED.
