Deceptive and fraudulent billing ripoff

I got an account with Match.com because they claimed there was a money back guarantee if you were not satisfied. Lie. I was willing to chalk up the whole situation as a loss but wanted to wait out my time. They then charged an unauthorized renewal fee to my card. I wrote them to request a refund and they refused. I did not renew and don't intend to use this service ever again.
