Ripoff Inappropriate Billing

Customer Service/Billing at Match.com is very frustrating. Customer Service offers zero help, and were rude and unwilling to listen. I spoke with someone by the name of Jose A. I am writing this report because I feel their billing is unfair. I cancelled my subscription three days after the new subscription period started and they refused to credit my credit card I asked for a partial refund (for the days I am not using), and they refused to do so. Simply unfair. And my credit card is unable to dispute the charge because I cancelled after they charged my account. Lesson learned. Be very careful of online services, especially match.com.
