Total ripoff! This company is a scam 200.00 out of my acct mother ripoff

They gave me no option but to pay the amt! They already got my acct info and when i tried to block the ach withdrawls, the money had already been taken out! This was 200.00 that i didnt have to spend on bs!

I've been trying to get a hold of these people since august to get my money back. I wasnt lucky enough to come across this link before they took it!

Charles that worthless bast* tried to get rude with me when i asked for a refund, told me that i hadn't called since august (bs) and laughed in my face as i was put on hold forever to talk to a supposed manager Trellisse who told me that i couldnt get a refund and told me to send in a letter saying that i didnt want this service.

This company is bs! If anyone has any info on an open lawsuit please let me know! My bank account was closed due to insufficient funds and non-approved ACHs which i am now responsible for! This company needs to be shut down. They take your money and then make you feel like you are in the wrong. If this is such a legit company then where is the supervisor or office manager? And why is it your fault they took your money!?
