Ripoff, dishonest, thief, fraud

Contracted with Frank of Dependable buildes to replace roof and build addition. Worked for a couple days a week, until he stopped working altogether. He tried to blame the weather, his estranged wife stealing his credit and money, theft of materials, always trying to get more money than agreed. Actually charged me for more material that went missing also. Later found out the home improvement license he is using belongs to another company out of PA. I reported all of this to the various authorities, and found out he is driving on a suspended license, with no insurance. I hope this guy gets found and gets prosecuted, and I get my money back.
