Extremely rude every time you go in. Piss poor record keeping. Ripoff

This consignment shop is an absolute customer service nightmare. The employees are always rude. If something you drop off there doesn't sell, they tell you that they "donate" it, but who knows. Just a hunch, but I bet they keep the stuff they like for themselves and just tell you that it got donated. If something does sell they keep 60% and you get 40%. What a bargain.
