Rude poor customer service

This store needs to send every one of their employees to a class on Customer Service! I went in there, and they were so rude! If you need help with your phone or a purchase you made, you're out of luck. All they try to do is sell you something else, and if you don't want it, get out and go to a corporate store. Well, everyone should take that advice, at least when it comes to this store. My contract is up for renewal soon and I can promise you that they will not get another penny from me!
