Online No customer Service! Ripoff

I placed an order on Feb 25th (a Sunday) using a visa debit. I recieved a confirmation email. It is now March 17th and have yet to receive a package. I sent an email to the company this past week and still have not heard a word! If it was something I did wrong when placing the order I have not been informed.

I ordered a corset for my bachelorette party and now have nothing to wear. I know they are a business and they could care less about something like that - but it is so frustrating. It is part of the year long planning I have been doing and I had found what I thought would be perfect to wear (Other brides now how stressful this is. Obviously I was wrong. I have learned to never attempt to do business with an unknown company online and I would recommend to anyone else to avoid the same mistake.

They don't even have a number posted on the site for customer service! As of right now they have not pulled the money from my checking (which has more then ample funds) and at this point I hope they don't. I just don't understand how it is SO difficult to respond to an email and let someone know when something was either wrong with the order placement, or when the item will be sent. Thanks for nothing doxy.
