RIPOFF customers without giving monthly fees when memebership is cancelled

SalesGenie.com only looks for membership fees. When I told them I wanted my money but because I did not care for their site they told me in an e mail I will get my membership fee back in 1 week. It is now going on 4 weeks and I still have not been credited my membership fee. SalesGenie.com does not care about customer service they are only about collecting their monthly fees. This company is a true example of how companies do not care about customer service and only their monthly fees. DO Not deal with SalesGenie.com you will never get your money back if you are not happy with their service.
