Ellsouth real yellow pages put in a ad I told them not to put in. They put in the ad anyway. I have been put on bad collection report. I have been harassed by collection agencies, to pay for a bill I dont owe. This has been going on for 1 and 1/2 years. I need documented internal information on bellsouths sales practices and bonus plans to reach sales goals from ex-employees and current employees, that dont like bellsouths sales practices. I need hard copy reports and any sales manuals available.
