He ripped me off twice. I just moved to harlingen to care for my grandmother that goes to dialysis here. He said he was going to buy a new wireless card for me at a wholesale price, 79.99. He said not to buy in target because their stock was outdated. What I got was a 25$ card, he even asked me to give the box back so he could get a $10 rebate, I didn't know how ripped off I got until I went online.

I came back angry. He arrogantly said when calculating the time he spent talking to me it turned out to be about $69 in expenses for the card he sold me. He said he had a webdesign job, and if I could setup a layout for him he'd give me 50 - $100. I setup the layout and we were supposed to be working on it together for a little time. He said he needed help for market day in harlingen where shops are setup in the streets of downtown harlingen. He said he'd pay me the same as Joe his assistant. After working 6 and a half hours he said what he meant was he'd pay me by the hour, like joe, but not the same wage. He payed me 5.19 an hour, 4 cents more than minimum wage. He didnt pay for the webdesign job.
