Disappointed son at Christmas time

I ordered a weighted harness, springpole and four videos for my son for Christmas. I knew he would be so excited. It was his first year out of the military and I couldnt wait to surprise him. My credit card was charged so I thought the items were on the way. I started calling them as time was getting closer.

ONE time I actually got to speak to a gentleman there. He said the items they had in stock would be sent that next day, esp. Since it was a Christmas gift. Items never arrived and after multiple phone calls and messages I still haven't heard back from them. I went through paypal, but my credit card paid paypal. (I dont understand how this works) Paypal said I had called them one day too late so I would have to try another approach.

Needless to say, I won't use paypal anymore and I will never order from the Bully House. I don't know why any company would not return their phone calls unless this is a common practice for them. I am waiting to hear back from my credit card company as I have filed a complaint.

The worst part of all was: I made little notes in Christmas boxes for my son and left hints as to what the gifts were. After he was able to decipher them he said, it was his best Christmas of all. He was home with his family and he was getting something he had been wanting for along time! What disappoint and out over $230!!
