Left back off watch, water leak, watch ruined, no refund! Ripoff

Left watch with Fast Fix to replace battery; after wearing for a while, water got into watch and ruined it.

Found out that the back of watch was not secure when battery put in.

Gave them 3 chances to repair or replace, company did neither.

Blew me off.
