These people stole 1200USD from me promising an english bulldog puppy

This couple stole 1200 dollars from me for and english bulldog puppy named Greta. I sent them a money gram awaiting them to confirm their receipt. Once they cinfirmed that they received my money they said by they way we went to get your flight information but to our surprise they puppy ha to nder go DNA Anaylisis. Which is 700 dollars, they said they came up with 300 hundered and I needed to send 400 more and that I need to send another money gram, and they would send my puppy that day.

I also emailed them from another email address that I had asking them about Greta using a different name, they replied thank you for contacting them and that Greta was availiable and that she was 1200 dollars. How in the world can she be availiable when I just sent them a money gram worth $1200.. I am more then furious but for anyone else watch out for these people they are horrible scam artist, and that puppy was an anniversary gift to my husband that has been wanting an Enlgish Bulldog since he was a teenager... I want my money BACK!!
