Media Corp Marketing & Distribution Knowingly dishonest about media buys they say they make

I was actually contacted by Media Corp when they read a news release on my company. They talked a great game. Our contract said they would write, produce, etc a 120 spot; buy national media and the spot would air at least 100 times and they would fulfill orders for a predetermined amount. I paid. Then, I ended up writing the script because their creative services are non-existant.
Then they instructed the 3Rd party media buyer to purchase as many spots as avaialbe on a Puerto Rican network that costs $5 for a 120second spot. We obviously did not do well. We still felt we had some money left so we complained. I was able to get information directly from the 3rd party.

Of the approximately $9000 that was to be spent on media we had spent $750 to date. When I sat with them and asked they told me we had spent $5000. When I asked where we had aired, they lied to me stating some Sport Networks in Mainland US.

At that point I stopped the meeting and showed them the emails the 3rd party had sent me... Emails to and from Media Corp clearly stating their intent to buy the cheap Puerto Rican network until we had reached the contractual obligation of 100 spots. Mike Keller the president was livid that I had contacted the 3rd party directly. These guys are crooks!
