She nevered sent a pup and took my money, never sent it back to me Ripoff

I sent Melinda Abrego around 1, ooo. Oo-1,200.00 for standard poodles, she wrote back said they died, so i was promise females she said they died, then she said to send more money i could buy the mother and the next day she emailed me said she died, still today she owes me money. I emailed asked for a poodle for the money she owes me and all she does is say i will, so i sent a new crate down to get the puppy, she kept that and no puppy,
