Dishonest, Doesn't are about their customers, Doesn't keep their word!

We have been faithful customers of West Ga. Propane for about 1 1/2 years. We called and asked them if they could hold a check for 2 weeks because we were out of gas. They said yes. We post dated the check. Well within 3 days the check cleared out bank. Our account was overdrawn over $400.00. They had caused other things to bounce also.
My husband called and told them what they did and said we needed the money back and I would bring another posted dated check and they could give me the money. They said ok and gave him directions to the business. Something happened in between the time he talked with them and the time I arrived there. They denied telling him they would give us the money. Basically called him a liar.
I was very upset we don't have a lot of money and that money was for bills and groceries that is why we had asked them to hold the check for 2 weeks. I did raise my voice. The owner came up as I was crying and extremely upset and put his hand in my face and told me to watch it I was talking to his people. I told him to get his hand out of my face and he said he would call the sheriff and I said go ahead.
One employee was on the phone with my husband basically calling him a liar. One employee was telling me it was against the law to write a post dated check and they just do that as a service and help to their customers. I told her we trusted them to keep their word and do what they said they would and they didn't. She said it was our fault because we didn't place the check in an envelope and mark it clearly. No one told us to do that. My husband had spoke with them and set everything up.
They would not help us in any way. They told us to find another propane provider. I left their crying and my baby crying. They couldn't have cared less. Please don't use these people and if you do be careful they don't keep their word or care about their customers.
