Charged me for a call forwarding to a 10 15 15 800 number! To the tune of $5.49 for one minute

I was charged for a toll call that I did NOT ask for... Operated assisted call... I would never use this service as I have NO long distance on my home phone to begin with. To the tune of $5.49 per minute. This is outragious... What person in their right mind would use that service. NOT to mention... I have been off work since the beginning of Nov. NO income to speak of!!!
