Summons from court for credit card debt by collections

I am seeking some advice on what to do. I have received a "summons" from the county court. It is stating I owe 3912.01.1540.24 intial debt plus 1839.52 in interest. I admit the card was my responsibility, but what do I do I am on permanent SSDI and can not afford to pay this. I am aware they cant garnish my SSDI I called Social security and they confirmed that.

I tried to speak with the court seeking "free" legal advice because I can't afford a lawyer. I am told to leave a message and have left 2 messages in a week with no one calling me back. I am trying to make an offer to make payments because I do want to pay the debt off. They are asking for way too much per month and I won't be able to eat with the 165.00 a month they want. I only get 1294.00 a month - 94.00 for medicare and
-45.00 for medicare part D before I see my check.

Anyway there is a section on the front page that says I can " Answer the complaint by going to courthouse and fill out answer forum "? Plus I would have to send 15.00 to court after I fill it out and a copy to plantiff. Thats option 1
option 2 is "resolve dipute" with plantiff
option 3 is get a lawyer

I just need to know what do my stomach is in knots. I have enough going on battling cancer I know it's my fault and I put myself in this mess But is their an easier way to so this
