It serves no function, ripoff

Thought it was for itunes. Charged 78 bucks for "membership" to apparently pay for stuff. They did refund all but 14.95 for processing "as per terms and conditions" which took 30 days. Long wait to speak with anybody, rude reps. My bank is handling it now.
