Ripoff fraudulent company taking money and not delivering the goods!

In October, my husband purchased over $50 worth of magazines from halfpricedmags.com. Eight weeks later, we still had not received any magazines, and he emailed the company inquiring as to why we had not yet received them. They said that they "found the problem" and would process the order right away.

16 WEEKS LATER, still no magazines - so I logged on to this website and found lots of people pissed off about this company. There was a rebuttal from a Doug Smith who works there and said that he was going to going to "work their butt until every single customer is pleased with their magazine subscription experience"

Soooo I emailed him - again I was told that he found the problem and he could either re-process the order or credit my account. I tried to give him one more chance, but he FAILED!

I called the magazines like I told him I would, and the orders were not processed. I told him to refund my account, and we will see if that happens. I told him that I would write a rant every day until this was fixed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take your money, and don't give you anything!!! Oh, and if you try to call a number that was listed one one of the postings, don't bother - it is to a nursing home!
