I ordered a magazine for $50, waited the 120 days delivery, no luck with the 800 number and no magazine Ripoff

I ordered a magazine for $50 from Career awards of America from 2 boys claiming they are doing this for a scholarship for college. I ordered it on 1-14-06 and waited the 120 days with nothing. I tried calling the 800 number many, many times but it is always busy. I want a refund or the magazine. I feel very cheated and I see others have done the same thing and job cheated like I have. Shame on them!
