Magazine subscription scam! Rip-off!

February: Two teenagers, one male - one female, claimed to be selling magazine subscriptions to raise money for college. We ordered some subscriptions and waited. When we called to find out where our subscriptions were, the recorded message told us to wait for 120 days following the order before calling and complaining. We could never reach anyone at the number provided. Number appears to be disconnected now. (Sept. 20)
