America Top Movers
We were lied to from the begging to end of the move. Price, delievery time's changed. Price $1046.00 ended at $1919.00.8 hours late for pick-up. Delivery time was not what we set-up

We were looking for a moving company. We went with america's top mover. What a huge mistake. Location of company is hollywood, florida. My mother was placed in a nursing home, in florida. We spoke with several companys. America's top movers had all the right answers.

Number 1. Question was, are you a broker-answer -no - family own business. How many movers -3- we told them the items first quote $1022.00. Several phones calles back and forth. On the furniture, pick-up-time, packing, and drop of time. They had all the right answers.

We called to add another item coffee table. Up the price $1046.00. We wanted them to to the packing in the quote we had 6 boxes. If we needed more to be packed it would be $5.00 a boxs. We ended up with 11 total boxes. When the driver showed up 8 hours later of the time of pick-up, on jan. 11,07 had no idea that there was packing to be done.

At 7:00 pm in the evening the office was closed. We told the driver the office was well a were that there was packing to be done. All he said was it was going to be more money. We said because of the situation to please back. At 10:30 at night. The driver phone us with the new price $1919.00. Keep in mind the truck was locked up when he added up the extra packing and the office was closed.

Friday jan. 12,07, several phones calls back an forth with the sales people, about price, weekend delivery. Got no where.! We asked for the superviser. Of course she was gone for the day. 5 days later still no delivery, also finaly got talk to a superviser. All the answer were given to as the company does not deliver on weekend, also the price was discounted for the packing because it was over $2000.00 ok. How was the price discounted ok&

But the office was closed at 10:30 on thrus. Jan: 11.. 5 days later she had the same price of $1919.00, she discounted, right! What happen to the $5.00 a box? Ok, now when they pick-up the furniture they had a truck with 2 guys, (not 3) all professioal nice truck, marked with america'top mover. On drop off in maryland — truck marked mayflower and very unprofessional looking men on jan. 17, driver demanding final payment. Not knowing we paid in full the day before. Because if we did not pay, our stuff would be put in storage at our expense.

We had asked to have it deliver after 5pm if it was during the week. Sales said no problem &again not so&the supervisor said they could not grante after 5:00pm. Drop off was at 2:00 on wed. 17th 20007. Now are son-in-law has to take time of work. We were lied to right from the begining,

The sales people tell you what you need to here low ball the price to get you in, tell ya the delevery would be on the weekend, packing just happen to be left out, packing price was given $5:00 a box, after speaking with the supervisor, 5 days later $5:00 a box was for the material.

The more we think about this move my commet to the superviser was she needed to retrain her sales people on giving the right info for the customer. But they are in there eyes they have all the answers to get you to employ them please stay away from these people! So you don't get rip - off
