Ripped me OFF! Fraudulent Billing! Unable to Contact for resolution

I ordered Cricket Service for my son about 1 1/2 years ago. The 1st phone I purchased him was a Kyocera. It started freaking out about 6 months after he received it. I had went to an authorized Cricket retailer and My son and I were told that we could not get it replaced because we did not have the replacement insurance coverage.

My Son then took his Birthday Money and bought a New Phone ($200.00. About 4 months later, It was starting to do the SAME Thing. He has been using it messed up for quite some time now.

I then, just yesterday, Cancelled his Cricket phone and added him to my Cingular Plan.

I have direct debit from my checking account with Cricket. So, I asked the CSR to make SURE they did NOT take anymore deductions from my bank account. The CSR assured me that he cancelled the automatic deduction and that NO more charges would be taken from my account.

I then pulled up my bank account online, and Sure Enough, they withdrew almost $53.00 from my bank account. I tried to Call Cricket CS and to no avail, could not speak to ANYONE, because since the number was cancelled, the IVR could not recognize the number and hung up on me.

I then tried to go online to send an e-mail or find another number and their website is either down, or taken off the web, because I could not get to the site.

Does anyone know how i can get intouch with the billing department to get my money back?

If this is the way they treat customer's who cancel, WHY would anyone want to go back to THEM?

And also, the rebuttal from the EX-Employee... Since you are defending them so much, then WHY are you EX? Either they didn't treat you right or you didn't treat them right. One or the other!
