Ripoff big scam lets get together and sue the h

I never submitted for this card after I found out how much it cost. I talked to the acclaim's rep. Who told me that I gave them the ok for this I didn't. They claim I did this on 12-09-06 and charged me on 1-5-07. They said they sent a e mail to tell me I was approved I never got that e mail. This company is taking half done applications and charging people, a rip off. I had to change all my account information with the bank and I was charged 165.00 in overdrafts because of this 159.95. I would not accept a card that I have to pay this much for and I have to load the money onto it are they nuts I can go to walgreens and get a prepaid card for 10.00 if I wanted to do that. I say we sue the h*l out of them. I have filed a fraud charge with the fbi at www.Ic3. Gov, you do the same, and we will get these b*s.
