Ripoff They called and falsly represented themselves as my toner supplie

"Peggy" from this company calls you and states that the toner you currently use is going up in price. To help you with this she offers to go ahead and send yousome product at the price it is currently worth. Having never ordered the product before personally, I thought that I should go ahead and order it. Peggy verifies all of your information, fax, address, etc. And then faxes you a confirmation that you sign and fax back.

Then another company calls and verifies billing information. After researching my product, it sells from the manufacturer for @ 50 / toner... Progressive Office was selling it to me for the "bargain price" of $349 per. I also originally placed my order for 2 each and after several confusing phone calls, was shipped and billed for 4 total...
